Right of Withdrawal — 14 Days
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Article 102 of Royal Decree-Law 1/2007 (LGDCU), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without stating any reason or incurring any penalty.
How to Return
Send us an email at info@octopusfc.com with your order number and return request. We will send you instructions. Once we receive the product in its original condition (tags intact, no signs of use), we will process your refund.
Refund
Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will issue a refund within 14 calendar days. The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original purchase. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product is defective or we made an error.
Exceptions
We do not accept returns for: custom or made-to-measure products, products showing clear signs of use, washing or modification, or products returned outside the 14-day period.
Defective Products
If the product arrives defective or with an order error, we cover all costs for the return and delivery of the correct product. Contact us within 48h of receipt with photos of the defect.
